Designed and wrote the software and user manual, sold it to MB Foster (who then sold it to Hewlett-Packard), assisted in further development and transition to the new development team. |

1978-1992: Various employers Contract Developer § Designed and team-led one of the first MLS systems in North America to show photos of houses for sale (this was before the internet); also designed and wrote an electronic publishing system for real estate, which paid for itself in the first three months of operation, because of decreased layout costs. § Was a “natural” programmer, coding sometimes 500 lines a day of Cobol for applications ranging from accounting to inventory control, banking, and real estate. |
